At 17 I quit school to go in the Army where I spent four years. I got my GED while in the service. The GI Bill helped pay my way through college.
I started out to become a minister but switched to electronics and got an Associates Degree in Industrial Tech. I did not feel comfortable with my knowledge of fixing things so I continued my education with a BS in General Science and MA in Education. I taught Science but mostly math for 32 years before retiring two years ago.
I get to spend my time with my wife while making comics and painting paintings. InDELLible Comics began nearly five years ago with me as Editor-in-Chief, Dave Noe as story editor and Daerick Gross, Sr as visual editor.
Currently I am the colorist for Cataclysm Comics’ “The Heavy Strand.
